With 2 games per week, every week for 16 weeks, it is important for the team to (a) be rotated & (b) remain fresh for every game.

In the Heartland Conference, games are on Saturdays & Mondays. Weekly pattern will depend on strength of last opponent & next opponent.
Tuesdays will always be a day of rest (= passive recovery).
